Water-based relief inks made from high quality pigments and gum arabic binder. Schmincke have a long open time for water-based inks but dry quickly once printed.

Available in 18 colours including three metallics. The colours are intermixable and can be overprinted with other colours. Three sizes 35ml, 120ml and selected colours in 250ml. 

Also available:
Extender to increase the transparency of the ink
Retarder to slow down the drying time
Gloss Medium to mix with ink or overprint for a strong gloss effect

Colours vary in opacity.

• Transparent: Ultramarine
• Semi-Transparent: Permanent Yellow, Indian Yellow, Carmine Red, Ultramarine
• Semi-Opaque: Vermilion Red, Magenta, Silver, Gold, Copper
• Opaque: Titanium White, Prussian Blue, Cyan, Permanent Green, Chromium Oxide Hue, Yellow Ochre, Burnt Sienna, Sepia Brown, Black
